  • POLICY – Sterling Foods Quality Assurance Policy is governed by a time tested Quality Assurance Manual. The manual describes the companies Quality System Policies and procedures to be followed. The manual’s policies and procedures control all activities right from Suppliers & procurement to customer shipment of goods.
  • PROGRAM – Sterling Foods quality program is developed to assure customer satisfaction by providing quality products. Our Company strives to perform all activities in a manner, which meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.
  • ORGANIZATION – The Quality control department is headed by the Q.C Manager who reports directly to the top management.
  • The Q.C Manager is responsible for :
    • Update and distribution control of the Quality Manual as required.
    • Planning to meet customer’s quality requirements.
    • Determining inspection points & approval of quality work instructions within the system.
    • Approval of Suppliers & maintaining updated records of approved suppliers.
    • Reviewing, maintaining & monitoring QA procedures & records to assure compliance.
    • Periodic calibration of testing & measuring instruments/ equipment.
    • Corrective action coordination.
